• Collection Day: every Saturday
• Collection Time: from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on collection day.
• Collection Point: as agreed in the order form.
• Ordering Period: from 12:00 a.m. on Sunday to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday every week.

2. Conditions
• PAYMENT:- All the purchasing should be paid cash on delivery of the goods.
• Any changes to order must be done within Ordering Period before Collection Day.
• DELIVERY:- All the product ordered in Ordering Period will be delivered at Collection Point on consecutive Collection Time.
• Any product(s) for customer(s) that come later than 10:00 p.m. will be delivered on the next Collection Time.
• Any order(s) made outside Ordering Period will be consider made on the next Ordering Period.
• All product warranties (if any) are from manufacturer/distributor warranty and will be claimed through Keizu Garage.
• RETURN POLICY:- All the good(s) sold are not returnable as we presume our customer will analyze them upon receiving.
