Problem with my evo 4 engine

Hey guyz, i need u guyz help, im having a problem with my car

gen2 with evo4 engine
38mm wastegate
sqv blow off
e-manage
and some minor mods
with 3inch straight exhaust flow

before this the...

i have the hks suction kit alumnium pipe only.
