Most of them will be selling the normal price of RM 13.90 and it is 100% legal as it has the whatver Lembaga laser sticker on it. If you want the same thing but cheaper you can always go to the anime shop opposite Echo Park in Sungai Wang plaza. They sell for RM 8.90. I got mine there early in the morning on the 1st of this monthFYI, the stock of VCDs arrived on the 30th of last month. The subtitles are quite okay in Chinese but the Malay ones are not that good.
