Hi guys, Need your opinion on this... I've change my gtti throttle body to new one last week since the previous one has got a leakage. When shifting gear from hi to low with the aircond is on, especially when come to the road corner, the engine will stop all of a sudden. The same problem also happen when the engine is in idle mode with aircond is on. If aircond is turned off, no problem. If at the same time, I switched on the aircond, head lamp, ice and the radiator fan start to spin , the rpm needle will go up & down before engine is off automatically. Timing has been increased a little bit from 1k to 1.2k but still to no avail. Does the problem due to, faulty of the aircond fuse? bad/wrong wiring? since it only happens when the aircond is turned on. Does the throttle body faulty? i've checked the vacuum host & it is well tied. However, after the engine is hot (in idle mode), turning on the aircond will cause the rpm needle to go up & down with some "hissing" sound...before it went off. Even, without turning on the aircond (in idle mode), when the engine is hot, the rpm needle will be moving from 900k to 1100k back & forth, which i presume is not normal right? Does 'grounding' helpful? From what i know, in principle, once the engine is on, the electricity power will be consumed by any device that using it such as ice, head lamp, aircond, radiator fan, turbo timer and etc, thus causing the timing to decrease a bit right? Pls assits... :frown: :frown:
