There have been inquiries as to who the course is intended for and if someone does the course, do they become an HPC instructor. This course is intended to certify the existing HPC instructors, and those recommended by the current instructors and by R3 that have a high level of skills and experience suitable for being an instructor. The few participants that signed up early due to open spaces that were available are not going to be certified as instructors and have been made aware to that fact. Further, this course is not open to beginners and those without experience as it is taught at a high level. Move from 16 inch to 18 inch rim

I just change to 18 inch from original 16 inch rim..
After change, felt that the car a bit sluggish ..
