How much EG/EK should be reasonable?

search a few EG/EK/DC2. found that it still stay at the price from 25k to 50k (depend on modification). wondering worth or not since the car is more than 10-15 years.. cant get loan, need cash. and 2 doors price higher than 4 doors. i'm aiming on 2 doors.

EG hatch roughly 28-38k depending on mods...

but 35k for a B18C or higher is ok la...

if stock B16A... i wouldnt pay 35k

EG 2 door - around 25-28 for stock engine, 30-35 for b16a onwards (may vary)
EK 2 door - around 40-48 stock engine, 50-80 for modded (i put 80 cuz there are some ppl selling it at that price lol)

mind u, loan is almost impossible due to the age of the car.

IMHO i would go for DC2 rather than ek and eg since the price for dc2 is not as absurd as his hatchback siblings.its bigger, and rare rather than eg and for me EK is a rich boy toys as it is damn expensive.the price havent drop for ek since 4 years ago.

thanks for all input appreciate. I know the price is around there but wondering why is it so expensive since already 15+ years car. my friend got a accord bought new 15 years ago.. now is only cost about 20k or less. i think the new car for accord should be more expensive than civic right? and also harier CRV.. those are expensive car but come to 15 years price drop like hell. but this car i think new price is around 100k? now still 30K?
DC2 more expensive friend... 40 to 60k..

EK9 complete gearbox set + B16a Manual Cam + Spoon Ek4 manual ecu + installation = Not More then rm6k.

got my EK4 for 45k, that was 4 1/2 years ago...convert it to manual CTR LSD for 3.3K...rite now the price for EK4 still hold around 40K-60K ...amazing isn't it? buying an EG,EK,DC turn out to be kinda good investment :P .....
