Honda Civic EK or EJ ?

helo, im looking for help from all pro, im plan to buy a powerful honda car. i have been checked the price for ek 2 doors, and ej 4 doors, but the ek 2 doors, is more expensive than the ej, and a ej with b18c sell for RM4x,000 is it worth? hope get some advice and comment from all pro. thank you.

Not a bad price for a b18c, considerable if the interior and codition is ok.

EK/EJ 2 doors is more expensive than EK/EJ 4 doors...
in term of max loan EJ got higher than EK regardless its 2 door or 4 doors..
EJ 4 door with b18c selling below 50k is worth to get for me...

Agree with civic@938, go for 2 doors one. More lighter & can go faster. LoL. Looks more ganas:baring_teeth: , but if u planning to put 3 babes inside the car, then it might be a bit cramp inside . But wtf is this ??? EJ with B18 selling around RM4x.000, why is there no such thing when I was buying mine :angry_smile: ??

More importantly, take a nice long look at the car with ur mech, i think it sounds a bit too good to be true.

Well....since Patrick had made up his mind to buy the 4 doors EJ...feel free post ur ride on the team99ers ok....hehehe...

Actually one of the reason that drive me to choose EK instead of EJ is that - i would rather enjoy myself modify my ride instead of getting a modified ride...who knows at the price like that (40k is really cheap) the car would give you what kind of problem in future?

well the 1st thing u might wanna change is the under carriage of the EJ/EK, like the bushing etc.... they r known to go bad after 2 - 3 years of normal city driving. ppl trying to sell of theirs alway put grease to hide the noise, but after 1 month u will hear it again, lol. It might cost around RM1k to change it, but that's not a big problem, just that no one can tahan the noise, lol.

worth to buy, if below rm50K! 7months ago, i found 2 ej6 wit b18cR+facelift more than rm58k. but, that time max loan is 47k @ 3%! pity, my name 'black list' by a finance for 'tak byar rm300 hutang' mastercard almost a year! huhu..

now, very hapi wit my recond so4 ek3 '96/00 buy it 3months ago. loan rm42k @ 3.3% @ 7years at public bank penang.
