Head lamp High-Low adjustment

Hi all, anyone of you know how to adjust the High-Low of Altezza front head lamp? Appreciate you guys help here! :)

if I remember correctly, the process is the same for all cars, what I do is take a Philips screw driver and adjust the gear located behind the headlamp.

Really thanks for your advice! However, i just found out actually there is another adjustment screw hide beneath the light from the IS200 manual in this forum!
