Fvcking Brothers......

One month ago, I took my car there and changed the wipers. Little did I know that they could not fit the wipers exactly into the wiper holder. They just shove it into the metal thingy which is like a hook to hold the wiper and hoping it'll stay there. Without completely locking the whole thing into the hook.

Rained heavily yesterday and the driver side wiper came off, the hook thingy trouched the screen when the wiper was on and now I have a semi circle scracth. I'm going to brothers later to let them have a piece of my mind. On the mean time, it's not the kind of scratch that I can feel it. More like, a mark kinda scratch. Maybe it did damage the glass, not too sure about it. Question is, is there any glass experts around in KL or penang? I would like to go fix it. It's really irritating. :(

I do face the same problem, unprofessionalism . I bought twin blade for wira, and asked the sales lady "Boleh Masuk Wira?" .. she said "boleh!" .. i asked "betul arr?" she said "betul ma..memang wila munya".

bugger! .. went back home and try to fit, but the hole damn wide open like her grandma's!


P/S: i give u idea!, when u go there, throw the remaining wiper blades at the cashier counter and thats what i did!

So becareful out there as they only think of business... Do some research on wat u wanna buy and ask around... Dun juz walk in and ask 'can or not', they surely wan business so will reply yes... if they're damaging ur whole car u also dunno la until the last minute, and that's bad :thumpdown ... The damage is done, the only thing they can do is help u damage "more" ur car...

Who knows they're really helping u fix it again or damaging it again...

Conclusion : DO SOME RESEARCH 1ST IF YOU WANT TO FIT IN SOMETHING ELSE IN YOUR CAR...

recently we worked on the fuel pump and decided to wire a direct power to battery with a relay and fuse. went to brothers and bought their RM25 fuse. It looked good though. Cut a long story short, after doing everything the car would not start. Checked for 3 days on every thing but no luck. Checked fuse got current but still not working. SO for the heck of it we changed out the fuse and it worked. The bloody fuse from Brother's was dead. When i went back for a refund the blame me pulak.

Gave them a piece of my mind yesterday, some guy attended to me and was very unhappy. Can see his face that he's cursing me within himself. Furiously, we talked to my car and I showed him. That time, he was like, there, the wiper never come out also. Then I showed him how they 'lock' the wiper onto the holder, he wanted to blame me for getting the wrong wiper. Then I told him that the crew fixed it for me. That time, I can see his facial expression slowly change already. He offered to replace the clips for me. So after all set and done. I asked what is he gonna do to the glass, he told me he can buff it out for me for free. So we'll see today if he eats his words but overall, that guy mellowed down from lion to mouse.

I even thanked him as in " Tor Che lou sai ". He was so paiseh. It wasn't his fault but he admitted to his mistakes. That's why I thanked him. Other than that, I still have to figure out if my glass really can be fixed. Hopefully it's just a marking an dcan be polished/sand out....

btw, i also got stuffs to talk about Brothers( i stay at mlk and mlk got one brach too )

- my friend's dad bought a wira headlight for only 5 bucks.. it was like so cheap so he bought it. the second day the light 'kembang' ..and few days later the lamp explode...damn !!

-there's once i went there to find audio system for my car, those stuffs there kinda cheap as they got it at a wholesale price(i think), but when i ask "is fixing it included as well".. they replied " no, but we can fix for u for 100 bucks" . i was like WTF man.. i rather go some other assesories shop and ask them fix and settle one shot

- i brough my cousins who owns a racing assesories shop, they have been laughing their ass out from the main door till we go out. they said brother's stuff 'ciplak' and from taiwan one.. useless..ect ect..

well, just telling u guys my side of story, dont mean to hurt Brother's supporterz, just dont want u guys fall for what we had fallen

u look at Brother's .. u look at their product quality all .. some things can buy, some things shudnt buy wan ... juz must know wat is OK to buy and wat is not ..

Haaa! Nitrus hit almost on the mark! I have been hearing about this Brothers & Cosplus and all acc shops and the stuff they sell. Have any of your guys thought really long and hard when you reach their doorstep? You guys damn well know when you shop at extremely cheap places, DON'T EXPECT GOLD for your money!

Lastly i think many ZTH fellas already bored about hearing how these accesories shops selling crappy products.

There are already tons of information about brothers, imitation products, blah blah. And yet when u guys go buy any products there and get crappy results, you post here again! and again! and again!

Like nitrus said, u buy what u THINK is good and pray for t he best. No point go burning their shops. They never asked you to buy them. And i won't even shed a tear to the guys buying fake RM15 HID and expect to get RM300 quality and performance!!!

Let this be a lesson learnt yet again!:rolleyes:
