Interesting incident happen lately, I'm staying in a condo, so I parked in another lot as my fren was parking in mine, that lot belongs to an empty unit but I know another person who used to be parking there but he has since moved out. :D

Well first time park there, and then one hour later, someone calls and ask me to move my car, so I think chin chai lor, no problem, just move to another place. ;)

I went down and met the guy, I just be frenly lor and talk with him, first thing he say, "I hope this is the last time your going to park there", after hearing that sentence I felt a little irratated but its okay. Then he go and complain to the guard and tell em that I'm parking in HIS lot. That farking lot belongs to an empty unit. Was pissed but didnt want to make a big deal out of it.

The dude was not even staying there, the lot belongs to an empty unit and he has the balls to claim its his to the guards...arrogance... but its okay, dont want to get too irratated, just share my experience staying in a condo with only 1 stupid car park per unit.

maybe u should just tell the guard that someone's parking at someone else's place.

dont your place has carpark stickers?

Why didn't you just tell it to his face.

Example of what could have been said:
1) "As far as I'm concerned, this parking lot belongs to an empty unit"
2) "Your lot? Really? Are you by any chance staying at #### (empty lot number)?"

Look him in the eye and see what he has to say.

yeah u should fight back mah
go tell the guard la
or shout back at him
" NIA MA! since when u live in here? since when u own the lot? "

if that is not his lot la

I think Replay did the best thing, that is not to fight back. Because the man could just damage his car when he's not around. :) The world is full with this kind of ppl, so just have to bare with them :D

Atleast greet the new tennant. Perhaps ask him how is his new unit? :P

the lot is empty.. and "someone" dares to claim that the parking lot is his.. maybe that "someone" is.. ehm.. a ghost? :P :D

haha I've also thought about maybe increasing the heat in the situation a bit but end of the day, there will always be the kind of people that will try to take things out on the car by vandalism, so no point.

But I am however surprised by the persons attitude, this kinda people really beh pai seh (aka dun know the meaning of shy) guess their taught while growing up that the whole world owes them. <_<

then u see it on ur car.. hehe kidding. :P

He got the balls to say that, maybe he is the new owner leh ????
I was thinking if it's not his lot, why would he bother to claim it as his just for the sake of 1 parking space ?
Alot of risk involve dont you think if it's not his lot ?

u should just check if indeed he's the owner of the lot. if yes, then just keep quiet. if no, just tell the guard he doesn't own that lot and he has no right to ask u to move. the next time he makes a big fuss, tell him politely the lot doesn't belong to him, so first come first serve.

anyways, he actually told you in a slightly polite way. luckily he didn't shouted at you or ask u to fuck off or something. theres this stupid neighrbour of mine that stays in a cornet lot of my row. there was once an opposite house was having a party and people were parking at any empty slots they could find. naturally this guy just parked at the extra grassland along his corner lot. i thought it was absolutely fine to park there coz its just grass anyway. my neighbour came back from work, saw some cars parking on the side of the road, immediately went to gatecrash the other neighbour party. he shouted like who the hell parked at my road, move your car. so this few guys just politely move their car to somewhere else. i mean this is an example of a selfish person. he should understand that there's a party going on and its not everyday people are parking at the side of the the road. besides, his house can easily fit all 3 cars that he owned but he chose to shout at the party to get this guy remove his car so that he can park outside.

SIGH... wad else can I say? I raise my case..

it's about once a week that I park both my cars outside my house at the roadside cuz I haf to wash my carpark tiles..... of coz I ensure that my neighbours could easily get in and out of their houses... no big fuss.. they understand.. I just cant understand y they haf to shout at ppl like that... SIGH..

Maybe they just came back from work and were all stress out leh ;)

Cuz usually when i come back from a massive traffic jam and find a car park infront of my hse i would get fustrated.. but i would just horn a few times and someone would come out and remove thier car.. and they'll say sorry and I'll just smile.. even though i dint mean to smile
:P

Chill lor all i can say.. no use getting urself a bad reputation around ur neighbourhood

maybe that guy owns the other empty unit and couldn't manage to rent it out? maybe he bought the parking lot from the management separately but the labels were not corrected?

who knows?

was in this kinda situation before, diffrence is the other fella is an agent for the owner. personally i know the owner and he wasnt very happy with his agent, and the fact that he is using the owners parking lot as his private car park.

then there was a one on one situation where i let him push me around, and listen to him boast about who he's gonna bring to whack me up, ended up he brought his brother and father. lol.

matter was settled underground, and the fella moved out of the neighbourhood :)

matter was settled underground?? you all did drag race r :D

loser moves out of the neighbourhood :D

At least the person who parked near the corner lot moved their car away politely.

I'm staying in a terrace house and since there is already 2 cars parked inside my house, my gate have to swing out to open. THe problem is my neighbour has 3 cars and the third car always park in between our houses, making it difficult to open the gate. My father, who owns a Volvo once told them politely not to park there, and my neighbour was rude.

"If not park there, where to park?". My father is a soft man and doesn't want to create any trouble, so we've been living with this problem EVERYDAY.

Now this is what I called arrogant. At least the third car can parked back at their place, and if they want to open their gate, just remove their car loh. Why must trouble us.

just install an automatic gate that swing open and hit thier car lo..... BUT tell them 1st lo..i install automatic gate ohhh.... WATCH OUT!!!
