EF 2 doors for sale

Guys, A hardcore JDM EF fan would like to sell his car, as per below:

EF2 1989/1994 for sale..

Engine:

1. Converted to EF9 B16A Vtec (conversion looks like OEM EF9)
2. LSD gearbox
3. New fuel filter
4. New distributor
5. Big vtec cams (Frog manual EG6)
6. Ultra plug cable
7. K&N air filter
8. Feel's engine bar
9. 5zigen 304 Border Speed muffler (Original, not cap lembu. will take it off if buyer doesnt want the ferocious vtec screams and change to Apexi N1 muffler)
10. Others, stock - no modification
11.Vtec kicks in between 4800rpm-6000rpm (depend on how u press d pedal hehe)

Rolling stock:

1. Enkei CPS-II wheels & Yokohama ES100 195/50/15 tyres (bought brand new)
2. GAB adjustable absorbers (soft hard, from japan not MALAYSIA)
Interior:

1. Fullspec EF9 dashboard (all buttons are there, sunroof, retractable mirror, spotlite)
2. EF9 seats (rear & front - just bought a new driver seat yesterday)
3. EF9 door panels
4. EF9 carpet (very rare!!)
5. Sparco 3-spoke steering (2 weeks old)
6. Mugen gearknob
7. Panasonic single disc player (2 months old)
8. M's multi timer (shift lite, volt, rpm, timer
9. Original speaker board
10. Very clean interior

Exterior:

1. Full EF9 body parts (consists of front bumper - no spotlite, rear bumper, sideskirt, original SiR tailgate)
2. OEM Civic door visor (very hard to get, brand new RM900!!)
3. Goldust tint
4. Colour - Metallic Orange

Optional parts (wah like ordering a new car) :

1. EF9 retractable mirror - item is available, complete wit harness & relay
2. EF9 Sunroof - just bought a good condition sunroof, havent got the time to install

Price:

1. RM28k (negotiable of coz, may discuss abt the price n optional parts. loan arrangeable)
2. All receipts & records are available
3. This car is accident free, and the fuel consumption is very good.

Reason to sell:

1. Owner wants to further his study..need to use some money.
2. Its really hard to let go.. since this is owner's 1st car.. but a man gotta do what a man gotta do.

Target buyer:

1. Avid EF fans or anybody who loves car (honda especially) as much as himself.
2. The car is in kuantan, willing to travel to kl/jb if a serious buyer wants to have a look n test drive.

Damn beautiful mannnn... Wish I had the money... This year cannot buy car because gonna get married :) By the way, test drive this car already, and i tell you, this car is worth the asking price.. One of the best EF in the streets :)
