Cluttered Sound on turbo

I'm experiencing a cluttered sound with my car.

It's more obvious / significant sound when cruising at lower rpm say below 2000 rpm.

any clue on how this can happen and what can i do to solve this.

could be the bearing or fins gonna kong edi.....

sounds like the fins are hitting the housing. time to open it up and refursbish it then
