hi, i would like to know it took how long for the new clutch to completely have grip? izzit after the new installation ..i rev my car the clutch will worn out?

Sifu,Guru outthere..just want to ask
im using a 6a12tt...the turbo kicks in twice is it..?
cause i can feel like the car kicks in the another turbo about 5k rpm...is it ok with that..?
