changing car color on registration card

tried the search function but couldnt find any matches...mebe my key words not powderful enuf..hehe..

anyway..i wanna ask wats the procedure to change the car color on our garan?? i asked my insurance agent and he said i hafto generate an official letter with the necessary info..but wat i previously heard is just need to fill in a form and submit together with garan..i already drafted the letter out but just curious wat is the actual procedure..tried calling jpj pg, prai, putrajaya..all oso nobody fuckin answer the phone wan..

anyone done this lately, pls shed some light...thanx..

Last time, you just had to bring your car and your title to JPJ. Paid some processing fee. Then they'd just change your car color on the title by handwriting following by a stamp.

Now?? I heard that nobody cares anymore, even the JPJ. Correct me if I'm wrong.
