Cd Changer

i'm asking on behalf of a friend.. he plans to hook up a 10 cd disc changer in his car.. my question is, is a cd changer compatible with any type of HU? even stock HU? thanks

Some Stock HU's can take cahgners.. some cant... dependso n the car.

Only same make changers cna work with the HU e.g. Calrion -> clarion...

Sony makes a changer that operates on RF frequency so it has a mini transmitter that goes to ur HU FM signal input.
