car die off when braking

my wira 1.5 injection recently have this sicko problem. the problem is when i drive in highway and when reach toll or stop , the engine will just die off and the rpm is verylow. what happenend? pls guide me and 1 more thing is how much they sell wira side mirror .

There are few possiblities:

- Check ure engine oil level.
- Try stop with Aircond Off
- Clutch worn out.
- Check the air intake / air filter.
- U dont know release or hold clutch (Just kidding)

cleanin TB can be done DIY, just need 2 open up tb and clean it with carb spray.. never use wd40 though

Should be throttle body problem, reset it should solve the problem.

its your clutch switch. Change it out and no more problems.

u should chech your throttle body..last time i've been there..

check the throttle body gears. could be worn already. should not cost more than rm100 to change it.

well.....

sounds like a high possibility of a faulty idling valve controller.....

try not to free your gear until your car almost completely stop....and see if it stalls...(my guess is...it won't).....

if it really doesn't stall when u do that...then confirm it is the idling valve...

can send it for service 1st.....if the problem persists...get it change...

Hi, forget to ask you that your wira has the latest type motorised throttle or the previous model one? When you bought your wira?
If latest model, try disconnect the battery 30 minutes then reconnect back and start the engine to let it run at idle for 15 minutes, don't turn on anything eg. radio, headlight, A/C......... After that, turn off engine.
If not effective, you may try the method suggested by other members.

clean ur throttle body with de-carb and reset the ecu,the 1st time u start engine,rev kau kau...let the ecu learn ur a hard driver.

well funny question here, why does one wanna upgrade injectors when the car only stalls when throttle off and slowing down?? :) j/k

anyway...it's most probably the idling valve controller lar....get that checked out and serviced....else get it replaced....

just clean yr throttle valve then reset ur ecu then everything will fine... i done b4 on my wira with VDO ecu...
