Can police do this??

Guys... yesterday i was stopped by police in my Taman in Puchong for exhaust to noise and big.. setteled with him.

Today while coming back from Seremban, I kena again for exhaust too loud and big. SHIT!!!!!!

I was driving on fast lane.. and just before the turning to KLIA junction.. i saw a white colour Waja on the second lane. So i slow down immediately since i was speeding abit... I overtook him at 100km/h.. I had no choice had to overtake him since i was was near to him before slowing down.
Then went to 2nd lane... and the petrol car overtook me and asked me to stop. 3 traffic police came out....
He said wah.... "kereta belum sampai... bunyi sudah sampai dulu". He said exsoz u bising lah... i told him, yesterday also was stopped.. he said kenapa tak tukar... i said no time. then he said ok i will saman u now. I never ask to settle.. i told him ok lah bang saman lah...
Then he asked me who is that in the car. i brought my neighbour aunt (not same race). I told him my neighbour wants to go to socso office so i brought her. He said u know how to go ah.. i said i dun know. He used my winscreen to draw the map to socso... :D
I asked him, next time if police stop me, can i use the same saman to show him i was sammaned before.. he said boleh lah.. pandai-pandai u lah... :ph34r:

He said they are targetting all cars with loud and big exhaust and also straight flow pipping.. so guys becareful in KLIA highway .....

kesalahan in the saman is written as "Eksoz lebih saiz".. the police fella said the compound is RM100.. and if rayu normally will get around RM50..actually the police fella was very friendly lah... he was chit chatting wif me for a while...
it seems their main target is Putras and GTis and also Satrias with straight flow.

jinkl... cutting traffic light is RM300 wo!!!

did u see the police number? car vehicle number or the badge? if yes then faster go and buy toto or magnum and pow all hehehe.... who knows u are the lucky guy kena consolation or first prize... then that money can cover the summon maybe even got yum cha money left!!! :ph34r:

what is the meaning of those offences with a mark * infront?? meaning the compound rate can be change???

after reading u will find out 100% of the driver have offence at least 1 of the rules, no wonder JPJ or polis can sumon u with any time when they want.

refer to item 49. traffic lights not functioning also kena saman???
