I believe you need a few more things to go along with this kit right? thicker Metal gasket to lower compression, some sort of piggyback ECU, turbo oil-return line?

also probably need to upgrade fuel pump?

i can't start my car this morning, not sure what happen to my coupe,

when I first insert the key into ignition, i can see lights light up in the dash panel, when I try to start it, it turn to total blackout.

After that, no more lights in the dash panel, not sure what's went wrong.

PS: this got nothing to do with this BOT

Hey guys it's been awhile since i was last here was tooo busy but anyways,
is there anything nice & cheap i can do to increase power in my Rd 2 year2001 coupe fx 1.6
it's quite under powered... so any bolt on T's for this? or wat? i heard if i get the fuel regulator & mayb get the cold air intake samco hoses air filtration system would help increase hp & acceleration. but was wondering how much power can it put on that fx 1.6 16v doch engine???

"Nice & cheap" is very subjective to different person! Our friendly accessories shop next door has got XX compressor cost RM3xx that claims to increase HP by 15% might be cheap to you but not to others. HKS has got a bolt-on kit (parts price only) cost 20-30 grand for Nissan fairlady might be cheap to the car owner but not to the others. Anyway, i see that you already have the answer, it's wise to start with the air intake.

wow 20-30 grand is expense way outa my budget!! even if half of that price still alot for bot kit for me atleast, anyways i'm interested in that customized bot kit for fx & will like to stop by at our xx shop where was it again old klang road or something aight?! yeah will do the air intake & check the fuel regulator thing but then again i forgot to mention earlier my fx 1.6 is A/T i really like the car but not satisfied with performance not to say it's that bad it's just alright but need more power.
