comfirm dealing the say got 4 other buyers....

so my bro said OK ,nvm..

called him back say will get it tonight no matter what la...
he reply with a lame reason telling my bro, after you hung up another interested buyer called

At anytime before any deal is completed, seller hav the rights to sell to others.

This is bc some buyers might made up stories telling u how much they want it asking to meet up but pooof , dun see his nose at all

this is because when im selling my bov 1 asshole asking me to meet up but no come without call .

u cannot blame lantisB6 for his action. there are plenty of so-called "potential buyers" in zth that promises me everything b4 we deal. and when the day comes he/she is no where to be seen/heard. u did not pay deposit and just book the item orally. i've posted a few items in zth for sale and quite a number of them called and came to an agreement of the price, place and time to meet. and when the time comes i called them and they gave some stupid excuse saying they're not free and will call me back. and till today they did not call back. it is best that u close the deal asap with the seller. if he were to sell his stuff to others then he cant be blamed. he's just trying to sell his stuff. this kinda misunderstanding wouldnt happen if there werent so many "potential buyers".
hope it doesnt offend anyone as i've got myself into such situation before. :(

When making deal, and confirm orally, the seller can tell other interested parties that the item is booked

but if the buyer doesnt show up, the seller will definitely waste his time, effort and petrol.
