Modified pcd and lugs

Hi guys,

Anyone know which shop can modify pcd and lugs (convert 4lugs to 5lugs)?

And if modify like that, what are the problems that might arise?

i saw some of the turbo car...with really really big INTERCOOLER......

is that mean.....he has a big turbine(big turbo) inside??
