Alternative ECU 4age 20v

GDay, i need some help with an ecu related problem. I have a 4age 20v silvertop with 89661-12780 (9717500-553-0), can ecu 89661-1A180 work without modification? Thanks

i sourced out this from japanese webpage.the translation for the mod would be "full time secondary duct opening".from what i understand from reading it is the merit would be the torque feel from 2000-4000 rpm range...
