Air Filter!

Hi, anybody interested in selling their air filter?
i'm interested in buying 1, but definitely a good condition 1.
which brand is good and which is not, more explanation please!

I got a 2nd hand K&N open-pod airfilter, still in decent condition, it's dirty but u can get it washed and re-oiled at accessory shops.

there's types of air filter around in the market... depends how much u willing to pay.. heh heh... Personally I'm using K&N filter on my iswara carburettor, mine is an open-pod style... but not conical shape... If u want to use conical shape filter on carb engines, u have to buy the air-ram(if i'm not mistaken) from acc. shop..

if ur car is injection, u can use either drop in or open pod... price varies...

as if u want to know which brand is better... there's one web posted in ZTH before reagarding the test.... The best filter is Apex'i Twin Air Funnel(if not mistaken).. heh heh.... K&N comes second...

HKS mau ka ? RM 100 onli cheap cheap....condition so so onli but still in good working order....

Just got my K&N replacement filter for Iswara 1.3 (the round one) which is very difficult to find.... and I found it at ENEOS, Jusco, 1 Utama, last one summore. The have quite a hugh collection there.

Best thing is that they offer a 20% discount on K&N filters for ENEOS card members... My wife is a Jusco card member, so we got the ENOES card member for FREE... Dunno how much their membershop nowlar...maybe RM10/year...

Anyways 20% is one hell of a discount... The filter Retail price is RM280, after 20% discount, I pay only RM224!

Yeah bro... expensive but its new... and original. Becareful with 2nd hand ones cos there are lotsa imitations...

Now.... time to get my exhaust system done...

Why not try Racecraft's open pod with carbon fibre heat shield? It cost less than RM200.

there's way to check whether it is an original K&N or not... Last time i sent a email to them to ask cause i dont trust the mech.. heh heh...

i only able to remember the low cylinder type 1 cause i'm using tht 1... haha.... and i deleted the email d... check all the inner pleat of the filter.. u'll see there's a stainless steal plate with K&N logo... it is very very very small...... if u have that... thn it is an original..
