I can port my heads, then I just got a 90% HKS 2 plate racing clutch through a friend at a reasonable cost. So this time around I want to do something worth since my engine is already out. Differences between super back and flat back thrust bearing TD05

Hi,
I'm rebuilding my TD05..after looking some kit in the ebay..i found 2 different building kits.
1.Super back thrust bearing
2.Flat back thrust bearing

I'm not sure which one to choose..
